Availability may vary based on technician schedules, geographic location, weather conditions, emergencies, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
StateShield offers optional membership plans with recurring monthly or annual billing.
Membership benefits begin after enrollment and remain active only while the membership remains in good standing.

Unused credits may expire at the end of the applicable earning period unless otherwise stated.
Annual Home Health Assessments are visual, non-invasive inspections intended to identify potential maintenance concerns.

Recommendations provided after an assessment are informational and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
Appointments are subject to technician availability.
Although StateShield strives to meet all scheduled appointment windows, delays may occur due to emergencies, weather, traffic, supply shortages, or unforeseen operational events.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of significant scheduling changes.
StateShield is committed to providing transparent pricing.
Our pricing reflects the scope of work known at the time an estimate is provided.
If additional issues are discovered after work begins, revised pricing may be necessary and will be communicated before additional work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.
By purchasing a membership or service, you authorize StateShield to charge your selected payment method.
Recurring memberships automatically renew until canceled.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
Members may cancel recurring memberships according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle Members to refunds for previously paid membership fees unless required by applicable law.
Any earned credits or benefits may be forfeited upon cancellation.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, keeping contact information current, and notifying StateShield of unauthorized account activity.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, impersonate another individual, submit fraudulent information, or violate applicable laws.
StateShield may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
All content available through the Services, including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, designs, photographs, videos, reports, branding, and documents, is owned by StateShield LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.
Our Services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, mapping services, communication providers, and scheduling platforms.
StateShield is not responsible for the policies, content, or availability of third-party services.

StateShield does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services or that every maintenance issue can be detected or prevented.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StateShield LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Services.
Where permitted by law, StateShield's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to StateShield during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StateShield LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
StateShield may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting to the website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
